We want you to love every Sunhouse product you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, Sunhouse offers free returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. Please note that bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase from our official Sunhouse channels is required.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 15 days.
  • Bulk purchases or wholesale orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Sunhouse reserves the right to reject or limit returns if we detect abuse of our return policy or fraudulent behavior.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@sunhouseglobal.com or through our contact portal. We will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, provided that your return meets our policy conditions.

Refund Notes:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • The refund amount depends on the product’s condition and any applied promotions or discounts.
  • Sunhouse reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that don’t meet our return requirements or show signs of misuse or fraud.

Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bulk or wholesale orders.
  • Gift card purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement, compensation, or full refund—including return shipping costs—after verifying the issue.

  • Returns that don’t meet the above conditions may incur restocking fees or be rejected.
  • Customers are responsible for correctly packaging returned items and attaching shipping labels.
