Care & Cleaning

• Hand wash with warm water and mild soap right after use. Bamboo boards are not dishwasher safe.
• Never soak the board or leave it standing in water or a wet sink.
• Towel-dry immediately, then let the board air-dry completely on its edge before storing to avoid warping.
• Apply a few drops of mineral oil or cooking oil weekly to nourish the bamboo and prevent drying.
• Wipe the oil evenly over all surfaces and let the board absorb it fully.
• Lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper when the surface feels rough or shows deep cut marks.
